Aaron May

  • A licensed Realtor in Florida and Michigan with over 10 years of experience as an agent, investor, asset manager, and advisor. Aaron specializes in vacation rental properties, income-producing homes, and joint venture investments. His hands-on background as both a real estate professional and investor means he can guide clients with strategies that maximize value and returns.

  • Teresa is the Director of Operations for Pierhead Properties. She assists with Client Relations, manages all guest facing tasks for our vacation rental portfolio, and is our in house bookkeeper and numbers guru.

  • An experienced interior designer who also understands the business side of income properties. April helps clients update, design, furnish, and stock their homes, ensuring properties are not only beautiful but also optimized for maximum cash flow.

Garrett Dunton

  • Garrett is the Property Manager for Pierhead Properties. He is also a licensed Florida Real Estate agent and is based in Cape Coral. Garrett has experience in the construction and remodeling industry with a strong background in customer service. His focus is on exceptional client relations, smooth bookings, and creating memorable guest experiences for every stay.
