The heart of the home opens to the screened lanai, where you’ll find a private pool and hot tub overlooking the Gulf-access canal. Spend the afternoon swimming, soak in the hot tub after a day of exploring, or settle in outside and enjoy the peaceful waterfront setting.

Inside, the bright and open living area gives families and groups plenty of room to spread out while still enjoying time together. The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts before heading out to dinner at home after a day on the water.

We will be available for any issues that arise, please contact us through Airbnb or VRBO and we will promptly respond. We will let you do your thing but you can reach us whenever you may need back up!

A car is recommended for exploring the area. Publix and Walmart are both within a 5–10 minute drive, while Cape Harbour is about 5 minutes away. For a day by the water, Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach is roughly 10 minutes away, with Fort Myers Beach and the beaches of Sanibel Island approximately 30–45 minutes away depending on traffic.

We supply a starter pack consisting of 5-6 trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, 3-5 laundry pods, handful of lint dryer sheets, 3-5 dishwasher pods, dish soap, hand soap, kitchen sponge, windex and all purpose cleaner (located underneath kitchen sink) for each reservation. Once the starter pack is exhausted we do not refill supplies until after check out.
